1. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
2. A 50% deposit will be required on placement of order, and the balance will be due on delivery.
3. Risk in the goods will pass from the Seller to the Purchaser on delivery thereof.
4. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to identify and confirm the location of property boundaries and boundary beacons.
5. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to identify the location of any concealed water pipes or electrical cables. Any repairs to concealed pipes or cable will be at the cost of the purchaser.
6. Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to clear the fence line of all trees, vegetation, or obstacles.
